Roots of Stillness
I didn’t arrive at this work by accident.
I walked it.
I know what it means to grow up without consistent nurturing and to learn early how to survive by adapting, pleasing, and staying alert to the needs of others. I know how easily that survival becomes codependency, attachment wounds, and relationships where love feels unsafe, unstable, or something that must be earned.
I also know what it takes to heal.
My journey moved through trauma, toxic environments, unhealthy relationships, domestic violence, recovery, and the long, honest work of rebuilding trust with my body, my intuition, and my nervous system. I had to unlearn patterns of over-responsibility, self-abandonment, addiction, and fear-based attachment. I had to face the places where I stayed stuck, not because I was broken, but because my body did not yet feel safe enough to choose myself.
That lived experience became my purpose.
Today, I walk beside others as a recovery and wellness coach, meditation teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, yogi, and whole-life healing guide. I support clients navigating PTSD, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and major life transitions through trauma-informed, somatic, and energy-based practices. These are people who are ready to stop surviving and begin living with intention, safety, and self-trust.
My work is not about fixing you.
It is about helping you remember your capacity.
Together, we bring awareness to patterns, soften resistance, and create energetic, somatic, and nervous system shifts that support lasting change. Through accountability, embodied practices, energy work, and honest self-reflection, clients begin to experience something many have never known before. Safety within themselves.
Healing here moves from awareness into action.
From attachment wounds into interdependent, reciprocal relationships.
From burnout and self-doubt into clarity, confidence, and grounded empowerment.
This work is for those who want more than insight. It is for those who want integration. For those who are ready to adapt, grow, and actively participate in their healing while being held in community, compassion, and truth.
I believe healing happens when we feel seen, supported, and accountable. When energy shifts and the body learns new responses, new choices become possible. I believe in walking free inside yourself. And I believe that when one person heals, the ripple reaches far beyond them.
If you are here, something in you already knows it is time.
MISSION
The mission of Roots of Stillness is to walk alongside those ready to heal at the root, guiding them back into safety within their bodies, clarity within their lives, and trust within themselves. This work honors lived experience, nervous system wisdom, and the power of community to support lasting transformation.
It Begins With a Moment of Awareness
It often begins quietly. A pause. A feeling that something needs to change. A knowing that the way you have been living or coping is no longer sustainable.
Maybe you are navigating recovery, healing from trauma, or learning how to feel safe in your body again. Maybe you are moving through a life transition, feeling disconnected from yourself, or ready to release patterns that no longer serve you. Or maybe you simply feel the pull toward something more grounded, more aligned, more true.
Whatever brought you here, you are not here by accident.
At Roots of Stillness, this work is about meeting you where you are and walking with you as you reconnect to your body, your breath, and your inner wisdom. Through somatic practices, meditation, energy work, and compassionate accountability, we create space for healing that is steady, supportive, and sustainable.
You do not need to have it all figured out. You only need a willingness to begin.
From here, we move gently. With intention. With trust. And with the understanding that lasting change happens when you feel safe enough to grow.
